Lovely trendy bouquet. Very fresh and pretty.

The woman that answered the phone was very customer oriented. I asked for a service that most others would have refused, delivery after normal hours. The owner delivered the flowers and the Birthday Flowers were beautiful. Thankyou

I heard that the basket was wonderful, delicious, great selection. It was easy to order and was delivered promptly. Happy with the service.

They were beautiful and on time with the flowers. I made by request by email and found out after my daughter wasnt going to be at work that day -call left a voice mail and they called me back at opening the next day to let me know things had been corrected . Great service - will use again

Flowers and customer service deserve 10 stars. This florist is the very best. I order flowers frequently for my bosses and they always comment on the beauty and quality of the arrangements. When men notice flowers, you know you have a winner.

Beautiful. One type of flower I am not sure what it is started wilting the first day and looked dead the next. I removed that flower and they still look beautiful.

Professional and prompt service, flower arrangement was amazing better than the web page picture.

Three of us wanted to give a friend in need of cheering up a bouquet in another state. I picked The Cottage at Queen Creek off the web because it had the same city as our friend. After us three placed our order the staff at The Cottage went ABOVE and BEYOND any customer service standards in getting our goods delivered, as our friend ended up being at the hopital with her ill husband and not available to receive her delivery. All three of us got calls and emails from The Cottage giving us updates and reports on delivery attempts. It took an additional day to get the delivery accomplished yet our friend received the MOST beautiful bouquets I've ever seen! (She sent us photos!) And she was SOOOO HAPPY!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a delightful experience when it could have been an awful one. You guys are the GREATEST!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and lasted 1 1/2 weeks. It put a smile on my face each day.

At this point, I am giving a rating of 4 because as yet don't know what the floral arrangement will actually be like BUT after ordering on-line, I had to phone them with a question and Brooke was very nice and very helpful. I recieve flowers from my husband quite often and they ALWAYS come from THE COTTAGE AT QUEEN CREEK. Their designs are amazing. They have everything from the traditional to the unique. I send flowers from THE COTTAGE and talking with Brooke and Debbie is like talking to your best friend. You just know they are going to take care of you!

I am from California and I researched a florist from out of town. The Cottage at Queen Creek was so accomodating. Not sure exactly what I wanted their experience and suggestions made my selection much easier. I felt I was being somewhat difficult, but they were ever so gracious. I spoke with Debbie and Brooke and they both made me feel comfortable and reassured my arrangement would be the perfect gift for the opening of a new restaurant in Queen Creek area "Sushi Creek".
